Obviously this doesn't apply to all founders, but often we see versions of this.

VC's are not banks (I know a lot of founders think VC's have millions just sitting in the back ready to send your way...nope it doesn't work like that)

You must invest in yourself before expecting others to. Simples. Show the investor that you have arrived at their door fully armed to execute!!!

Don't show up with an idea and your hands out. It does not work!
